It happens. Many of us who had a hair transplant procedure done with the older methods. Incredibly, nowadays many clinics still offer obsolete hair restoration methods that produce ugly scars, big scars on the donor scalp. These terrible methods are: micrografting, minigrafting,  follicular unit strip surgery (FUSS), follicular unit hair transplantation (FUHT), scalp reduction, scalp extension / expansion, flaps, rotations, etc.  Scalp scars are, many times, unbearable.
